Bradley Yorke-Biggs / CEO & Professor of Practice

Bradley is a strategic business leader with over 28 years' experience in the automotive industry and technology sectors. An engineer at heart, he brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy, innovation and technology strategy, product strategy and marketing. Bradley previously spent 16 years with global luxury brand Aston Martin, at both operational and senior leadership levels, and formerly held positions at Ford Motor Company, Jaguar Land Rover and BMW Group.
Since joining IDE UK in October 2018, Bradley has led the organisation's transformation, developing a new strategy and organisational capability to drive industry, academic and government engagement and delivery.
Samuele De Guido / Planning Manager

Samuele is responsible for initiating and developing new innovation projects, managing the organisation’s project portfolio, and supporting the institution’s strategy. He also leads IDE’s involvement in collaborative projects, including the Virtually Connected Hybrid Vehicle (VCHV) and Virtual Vehicle Integration and Development (ViVID).
​
Samuele's expertise lies in programme management, modelling and simulation, and optimisation. He was formerly a Mechanical Design Engineer in a leading company in the semiconductor industry. Samuele is a Chartered Engineer, and holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Parma. Samuele's love of a good project extends to the more adventurous kind outside of work, such as climbing Kilimanjaro and rafting in the Grand Canyon.
Navein Madhavan / Technology Manager

Navein Madhavan is a strategic leader in automation and digital manufacturing with the ability to develop, articulate and deliver vision and goals, backed by a track record of leading complex multi-disciplined teams and programmes to deliver both technical and commercial results.
Navein has a breadth of experience in data-driven engineering with practical experience in robotics, metrology systems, automation systems and artificial intelligence. Navein has developed, led and delivered complex engineering programmes for Bombardier, Rolls-Royce, Airbus and Jaguar Land Rover, to name a few. Navein is a recognised thought leader in the digital engineering and digital manufacturing sectors.
