
IDEAS Programme – Call for Projects
IDE is seeking Expressions of Interest for projects developing digital methods and tools for the Automotive Industry.
Overview
The IDEAS programme (Innovation in Digital Engineering – Automotive Sector) offers businesses unique access to the latest technologies and highly skilled staff in the field of Data, AI, and Modelling and Simulation.
Working closely with research and innovation experts from the STFC Hartree Centre, IBM and IDE, companies will develop projects that address innovation challenges and accelerate productivity in the automotive sector.


Expert staff-time and computational resources
IDEAS is offering 72 months of staff-time and computational resources for up to 8 projects.
We are seeking project proposals that will combine new and existing digital technologies – improving speed, accuracy and efficiency of development processes and solutions within engineering, manufacturing, servitisation and end-of-life.

Project partners
Time and resources will be delivered by project partners STFC Hartree Centre, IBM and IDE.

• Visualisation and Immersive
• Interoperability
• Digital Twin
